My stay at the Salamander was a mix of great experiences and a few disappointments. The customer service from the staff stood out, especially during my anniversary stay, where they went above and beyond to accommodate us. However, I encountered some issues with the room not being prepared properly upon arrival, which was disappointing given the hotel's high standards and pricing.
